iCotton was founded as a greenfield project, later co-financed by LIAA/CFLA respective programs. Production initially started in rented premises in Liepāja, Latvia
2016
The Arvell production line was launched at Harper Hygienics
2017
iCotton developed the first stage of its own production-warehouse facility in Liepāja and eventually gained control of close to 66% of Harper Hygienics S.A. shares
2019
BluOr bank granted financing for the construction of a new production plant specialized in female hygiene products (panty-liners and sanitary pads), with a capital expenditure of 5 million euros
2020
Expansion of production and storage capacities (second stage) took place at the iCotton facility in Liepāja
2021
iCotton produced its first batches of spunlace
2022
iCotton began mass production of feminine hygiene products Launch of a new production facility & start of feminine hygiene products manufacturing Harper Hygienics established a Ukrainian subsidiary to support distribution efforts in Ukraine
