Production information
The complete production cycle of cotton pads encompasses everything from the packaging of the raw cotton to the final, finished product.
The manufacturing process allows for the production of both round and oval-shaped cotton pads. Utilizing state-of-the-art WaterJet technology ensures that the cotton sheets are denser, non-stratified, and leave no fibres behind. For stamping the cotton pads, a 3D marking method is employed, creating the effect of sewn edges. Three distinct design options are available: hearts, cells, and cells with circles.
